The Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) assessments and methodologies employed by Ekonava Impact Partners are inspired by international best practices, including the IFC Performance Standards and the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework. However, the use of the Ekonava platform or any resulting analysis, report, or recommendation does not constitute certification, endorsement, or compliance verification by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank Group, or any of their affiliates.
Ekonava's platform and reports are designed solely to support internal environmental and social risk assessments, facilitate informed decision-making, and enhance sustainability performance. All outputs are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The analyses, templates, and recommendations produced by the Ekonava platform are intended for reference and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for independent professional judgment or regulatory compliance reviews.
Ekonava Impact Partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, interpretation, or reliance upon its tools, assessments, or reports. Implementation of recommendations and findings remains solely the responsibility of the user or client organization.
